Anveshan Bags 1.12 Crore INR in Pre-seed Funding Round

Anveshan (1), a Bengaluru-based food-tech startup, has secured 1.12 crore INR in its pre-seed funding round. Titan Capital led the latest funding round. Notably, the company would focus on expanding its supply chain and operations across India.

Bipin Shah, the partner of Titan Capital, stated that the team could see the efforts of Anveshan solving qualities and trust issues in food products. Consumers can trace the origin of products like A2 ghee, edible oil, and spices. It is an essential requirement in busy urban Millennials who want assurance about the raw material quality of the products they used in the kitchen.

Anveshan creates food micro-entrepreneurs from rural areas across India who produce these food products via traditional practices. The startup also ensures quality control via traceability. As per the startup, their business model provides the quality of the food product for customers while also uplifting the social and economic growth of Indian farmers.

Anveshan is working with a vision to offer quality and healthy food production. Moreover, they are also using significant investment for food research and technical solutions and devices to track food quality.

Three IIT Guwahati Graduates, Ayushi Khandelwal, Kuldeep Parewa, and Akhil Kansal, co-founded the company in 2019. The company is working towards changing people’s food perception by making them more aware of the manufacturing process. The company claims that it offers its consumers super nutritious and tasty food products.
