An entrepreneur is an individual who exercises leadership by establishing a venture to take benefit of an opportunity, bearing most of the risks and enjoying the rewards. He/she is the decision-maker, innovator, source of ideas, goods, product or services, and procedures. The entrepreneur supplies the venture capital as a risk-taker and owns the majority of shares in the business venture. These people possess the skills and initiatives necessary to predict the current and future needs and produce innovations for the market.
Entrepreneurs create economic wealth, growth and combine capital, land, and labor to clear up the uncertainty in the market.
An entrepreneur is three things:
A starter: Someone that creates something new. He/she is the starter of starting a business and make an idea the reality.
A driver: He/she is the person in charge, the leader. An inspiration who can change the direction, accelerate, slow down, or even stop a venture.
A responsible founder: An entrepreneur is the destiny of its venture.
