The Agriculture Startup event will serve as an excellent opportunity for startups to network and connect to support each other.

The award-winning agri-social enterprise ConnectFarmer will be organizing its Agriculture Startup event in association with RupeeReturn Consultants Private Limited Bangalore on 24th November from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at RupeeReturn Consultants Private Limited, Bangalore.

ConnectFarmer, founded by Rural Youths to support smallholder & marginal farmers, has been initiated as an effort to empower the smallholder farmers in India economically.

Agriculture Startup Networking

With this event, ConnectFarmer aims at creating an Agriculture Startup Eco-System in the state to support each other, lend a helping hand to the startups with the Financial and Legal Specialists’ assistance, and serve as a networking opportunity for the startups. The event pass is available at Rs 250 final price per person with a Free Village Product worth over Rs 200 at the end of the event.

The bridge between farmers & market

The team of the agri-social enterprise, including, Shrikrishna Hegde Ullane, CEO & Founder, Balachandra Hegde Sayimane, President and Co-Founder, Shriganesh Bhat, CTO & CO-Founder, Shriganesh Hegde Ullane, CFO & CO-Founder, Romy Kraemar, Advisor Mentor, and Rakesh Kasturi, Advisor Mentor, noticed that there was a lack of organized market facility for the processed farm products and unconventional crops in India. And that is where ConnectFarmer came in, filling the gap and providing them with a great market opportunity to help find a stable and extra income for the farmers.

ConnectFarmer provides training on the packaging, marketing, pricing, branding of the farm products. The enterprise has also been working intensely in building its ‘Farm Tourism’ services, which would aid farmers by generating an income from the city residents looking for a rich village life travel experience.
