The company will make the first episode of the newly launched series Bard of Blood available for free streaming for unregistered members viewing on Android devices. The global players have partnered up with the Indian filmmakers and writers to create unique content for its Indian audience in various languages and genres.
With this strategy, the streaming platform plans to enhance its viewership and lure users towards the paid subscriptions. The latest feature is an addition to the already free 30 day trial period on Netflix. Netflix also launched its Rs 199 per month mobile-only plan, especially for India that allows the users to view content on their smartphones and tablets.
