The Chief Operating Officer India and South Asia of OYO Hotels & Homes, Gaurav Ajmera, asserted that OYO Wizard is among the best loyalty programs in the hospitality industry rendering unparalleled values and services. He acknowledged the rise in subscribers, claiming it to be an essential milestone for the firm and a testament to the popularity of OYO Wizard. OYO plans to reach above 6 million users

  • recognize and award frequent customers.
  • It focuses on rendering benefits, including guaranteed discounts, discount coupons, cashback, and upgrades.

With the fast rate of success, the firm aims to expand OYO Wizard’s user base to reach above 6.5 million by the end of the current year.

OYO Wizard rises as widely-adopted

OYO portfolio, at present, holds around 9200 plus hotels partnered with the program. The Wizard portal seems to grab a lot of attention and is increasingly growing as a preferred option for booking quality and affordable accommodations. The company also stated that 60 percent of all transactions made by premium Wizard members are processed on Wizard member hotels, which results in much higher income as compared to non-Wizard hotels.

The four tiers of the loyalty program

Currently, OYO Wizard is accessible across four segments, including Wizard Blue at Rs 99 for a six-month membership, Wizard Silver at Rs 199 for a one-year membership, Wizard Gold at Rs 399 for a two-year membership, and the recently launched – OYO Wizard Lite.

After coming into the industry in 2013, OYO Hotels & Homes claims to be the second-largest chain of hotels, homes, managed living and workspaces at a global scale. The portfolio consolidates entirely performed real estate covering more than 35,000 hotels and over 1.2 million rooms and grants access to over 1,25,000 vacation homes to all the guests around the world.
