Challenges that led to the idea of starting Recooty

“Challenges take us out of our comfort zone, forcing us to act or make decisions, which have the power to either make or break “

While talking to TimesNext, the team told us that hiring employees was a challenge for the organization, with their previous startup experience, hiring the right talent was a big task for the company’s HR team. The company applied various HR tools but found them to be complicated for a small and medium enterprise and also not affordable for all startups.

The team interacted with over 100 founders and hiring managers, tried to know the main issues they encountered, which came out to be the complexity and the time required to hire talents.

The team analyzed the problem and decided to build a simple and effective solution, Recooty, where the team reduced the time & cost per hire by more than 70%. Within a year of launch, Recooty is now used by 4000+ companies worldwide.

Recent Collaborations of the company
