On Saturday, Piyush Goyal, Union Minister, stated that the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (1) works closely with the state governments for the program, One Product, One District. Here every District of India will focus its energy on outreach its excellent products. The statement came while Goyal was at the release of states and union territories (UTs) ranks to do Business.
Piyush Goyal added that India’s Government is confident that it will add 20 lakh crore INR manufacturing out in the upcoming five years. He said that the ministry has identified over 24 products in collaboration with industry. They are confident that they would add at least 20 lakh crore INR output in manufacturing in the upcoming five years. There will be an increase in the vacancies, expansion of economic activity, and it will lead India to its rightful place due to the action.
India has Made Tremendous Progress with its Ease of Doing Business.
Piyush Goyal, while continuing his statement, added that the country had made significant progress in the previous five years. There are many improvements in India’s Ease of Doing Business, all thanks to the dynamic and visionary leadership of our honorable PM Narendra Modi.
The Indian states have made Business Reform Action Plan. It is the reflection of the states’ confidence. The action plan of states shows us that they can do a lot better and work for their prosperity. Goyal added that these rankings reflect that states are making efforts and taking different actions to better their processes and systems.
India is working at its full pace to become a 5 trillion dollar USD economy by 2025. Goyal further stated that we would achieve it by carrying cooperation on one hand and competition. It will collectively drive our country towards its goal and rightful place.
