Pratik Gauri Named Creative Entrepreneur of the Year

Notably, the COVD-19 has changed the globe, and the things we used to do physically have now turned digital. Adapting to the new normal, Entrepreneur India held its 10th Entrepreneur 2020 Conference and Awards online (1), ‘Entrepreneurship in the Digital Era.’

Several esteemed individuals from different sectors participated in the event. It includes Madhuri Dixit, Dr. Shriram Nene, Bickra, Ghosh, a tabla maestro, Manish Malhotra, among others. Pratik Gauri, a Serial social entrepreneur, was named Creative Entrepreneur of the Year in the startup category. He received the virtual award from Arundhati Bhattacharya, Salesforce India CEO, and ex-chairperson of the SBI.

Notably, Gauri has made several efforts since the past decade for the 5th Industrial Revolution. He has successfully managed to move millions of funds towards the United Nations’ shared language Sustainable Development goals. Moreover, he has encouraged fortune 500 companies to move their models from for-profit to for-benefit.

Pratik Gauri, A Global Youth Icon

Pratik Gauri, a Delhi-based entrepreneur, started his journey when he was 16 years old. To date, he has founded eight purpose startups and 5 IR space. He has delivered over 150 speeches in more than 30 countries. He is considered as a global youth icon with a verified page on Facebook with over 100,000 followers.

Some of the projects of Pratik Gauri have made positive impacts on millions of people and hence, gained media attention. It includes Mission Paani of Harpic, Happiness Curriculum, visited by the US President Donald Trump, Some Good News of John Krasinski, 5th Element Group launch in India, and others.

Other awardees in the event included Kunal Shah, the Founder, and CEO of CRED, Indian Fashion Designer, Manish Malhotra, Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder of Info Edge India, Dinesh Agarwal, MD of Indiamart, Byju Raveendran, Founder of Byju’s, among others. Along with companies like Razorpay, Zomato, Lenskart, Winzo, Reliance Foundation, Rapido.

A representative of Entrepreneur stated that Entrepreneur Awardees are the founders of startups or business heroes who push towards ideas, innovations, unrelenting grit to propel the business and the society in the right direction.
