Thyrocare, owned by PharmEasy, is acquiring Think Health Diagnostics to expand its ECG services at home. This strategic move will also allow Thyrocare to enter the insurance segment.

PharmEasy's diagnostic platform, Thyrocare, is set to acquire Chennai-based Think Health Diagnostics, along with its subsidiary, to offer ECG services at home.
