Introduction
South Korean tech giant Samsung unveiled its first event of the year launching the S series flagship smartphones Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 ultra, all three phones boast features like never before. The smartphones are upgraded with 5G connectivity and 8K video recording, bigger batteries, and slimmer bezels.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Features and Specifications
The Galaxy S20 smartphone is the base model of the S20 series, which supports a 6.2 inch Super AMOLED Infinity – 0 display screen, which we saw earlier in the earlier Galaxy flagship phones Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite.
The Design of the Galaxy S20 supports a rectangular camera module at the back of the phone, much like the design of the Galaxy S10 Lite. The Highlighting part of the newly launched smartphones is the camera, a triple camera setup at the back.
The smartphone comes with two processor variants: A Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and Exynos 999. The smartphone supports a fast-charging feature with a 4,000 mAh battery, runs on Android 10 with Samsung UI 2.0 on top.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus Features and Specifications
The Samsung S20 Plus is the second model launched in the S20 series and comes with a more prominent and bigger display as compared to the Galaxy S20. It features a 6.7 inches Super AMOLED display and also comes in two processor variants.
The S20+ has cameras as its USP and houses an extra camera sensor, summing up to four rear camera’s. The smartphone supports a bigger 4,500mAh battery and runs on the same Android 10 along with Samsung’s skin UI 2.0.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Features and specifications
The Galaxy S20 ultra is the third model launched by Samsung and is a surprise member in the Galaxy S20 series since no one expected a much expensive Samsung smartphone awaited with the Galaxy S10e successor.
The smartphone comes with a 6.9 inch Super AMOLED display and comes with the same processor variants as the other two Galaxy S20 siblings.
The Galaxy S20 ultra’s camera is the Star of the show. The smartphone features a 108MP quad-camera setup while the front camera is rated at a whopping 40MP, the first time in smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S20 series: Price, Color options, and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be available to the users starting from March 6 in various color options. The company has announced the price of smartphones will be ranging from $999 up to $1,599.99 (roughly Rs. 71,300 to 1,14,100). The Galaxy S20 5G will be priced at $999 ( 71,193 INR) while the S20+ at $1,199 ( 85,500 INR) and the Galaxy S20 ultra will be starting from $1,399 ( 99,800 INR)
