CEAT Tyres to Enter Roadside Assistance Service Segment, Partners ReadyAssist

CEAT Tyres has announced this Thursday that it has entered the roadside assistance service segment by partnering with ReadyAssist. 

ReadyAssist is a Bengaluru based startup that provides roadside service assistance 24-hrs. The company offers services in several cities across India including, Mysore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad. 

The services will be available in Hyderabad and Bengaluru initially. They will soon expand to over 20 major cities across India in a month as per the statement released by CEAT Tyres. 

 

CEAT Tyres Aim to Provide Top-notch Services to its Customers

Arnab Banerjee, CEO of CEAT Tyres (1), said that the RSA program would provide customers a range of services whenever and wherever they need. Arnab added that he is confident about the union between CEAT Tyres and ReadyAssist will result in top-notch on the services with less turnaround time. 

The customer-focused brands will start their program at 200 INR for a puncture repair at the customer’s doorstep. Further, they would also provide complimentary sanitization of critical touchpoints of the vehicle. The firms offer the service for the added safety of the customers.

As per the statement, RSA will provide various services, including puncture repair, battery jumpstart, minor on-spot repair, key unlock assistance, emergency fuel delivery, vehicle towing services, and more. 

The association is an addition to its recently launched business model and CEAT doorstep services. The customers can now avail of several services for their vehicles via the RSA program. Customers can get al the services by calling around a clock hotline number.  

Banerjee further said that they are thrilled to make a partnership with RoadAssist in our effort to provide world-class roadside assistance for our customers. Upon the service launch, he further commented that our objective is to make an easy and safe commute for the customers. We will ensure that they get the utmost care while they reach out to us.
