- Maharastra remains on the top in the number of cases with 1761 cases.
- The total number of cases has crossed 1000 in Delhi.
- Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary in Health Ministry, said that if lockdown was not there, the numbers have reached 8.2 L by 15 April.
- The lockdown is expected to extend beyond 14 April.
- Odisha, Maharastra, and Punjab have already extended the curfew in their respective states.
