Amitabh Bachchan:
As we all know, Amitabh is one of the most iconic actors in the Bollywood industry. He is known for his role in ‘Sholay.’ Amitabh informed his fans on July 11 that he got tested positive for Coronavirus. All his family, staff, and people he recently met were advised to get a COVID test done. The actor was admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai. Bachchan is doing well now and has recovered.
Abhishek Bachchan:
Abhishek Bachchan is the son of Amitabh Bachchan. Hours after Big B had tested positive, Abhishek also received the same news. He tweeted that “Earlier today, both me and my father for tested positive for Coronavirus. But we showed only mild symptoms and have been admitted to the hospital. We have informed all the other staff and workers who were in our house to get tested for Covid-19.” The actor is doing well now and has been on the road to recovery.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan:
Hours after both Abhishek and Amitabh got tested positive for COVID-19, Abhishek’s wife and one of the most popular Bollywood actress, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan got tested positive. While Jaya Bachchan’s report turned out to be negative, the rest of the family, i.e., Abhishek, Aishwarya, and their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, got tested positive. Aishwarya self-quarantined at her home. Currently, the whole Bachchan family is doing well and has recovered.
Arjun Kapoor:
One of Bollywood’s most appealing actors, Arjun Kapoor, announced recently that he contracted the Coronavirus and has been tested positive. He told this to his fans via his Instagram handle. But, the actor also informed that he was asymptomatic and was doing fine. Arjun Kapoor wrote,” It is my duty to tell you that I have been tested positive for Coronavirus. But, no need to be alarmed as it is asymptomatic. I will be placing myself under quarantine for the coming few weeks. I thank you all in advance for the support, and I will update you about my health.” The actor is doing well now and has been tested negative.
Aftab Shivdasani:
The ‘Grand Masti’ actor, Aftab Shivdasani, revealed that he got tested positive for Coronavirus on Friday. The actor tweeted, “Hello all, hope you are fine and fit. I started showing mild symptoms like dry cough and a mild fever. I got it tested and found out that I contracted Covid-19. Under the advice of doctors, I have been under home quarantine for the past three days.” He also requested that those who had come to proximity with him in recent days should get themselves tested.
Genelia D’Souza:
Bollywood actress Genelia D’Souza recently got tested positive for Covid-19. On August 29, she informed me that she had recovered from the infection and was asymptomatic from the past 21 days. Genelia said, ” I got tested a month back, but I have recovered and showing no symptoms from the past 21 days”.
Purab Kohli:
The famous ‘Rock on!’ actor was tested positive for Covid-19. On April 7, he tweeted that he was doing fine and is on the road to recovery in London. He also told that his daughter and his wife was diagnosed with the virus. The family is now doing fine.
